Making a purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on
any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection,
click on "Checkout" and you
will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit/debit card
payment. We accept Visa and
MasterCard and, in the UK, Maestro.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your
credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
If you do not wish to order over the internet you can
phone or fax us directly, or write to us.
Delivery Schedule: We attempt
to send all orders within 24 hours. If there is going to be any delay we will
email you to let you know what is happening.
Shipping: We post all over the world. All UK orders are sent post free by first
class post. Postage is charged on all
other orders, which will be sent by airmail, and details are shown within the
ordering process.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we
will get it in for you as fast as we can. You will always be emailed with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security: All credit
card details are encrypted when the order is placed. They are only decrypted
after they reach our credit card service. They are not held in clear text on
any web site and we have no access to them at any time.
Privacy Policy: Choices
does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on
this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once
you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is
used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy: If, for
any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods when you receive them, we
will accept them back for a full refund of their cost. If you are returning
the goods because they are faulty we will refund all your postage.
