The Heather Anne flowers
These elegant, attractive designs by Heather Anne work well as an introduction to cross-stitch. The first three use only whole crosses, - no fractional stitches, no back stitch. The poppy and the thistle then introduce a little back stitch, but in all of them shading and definition are achieved through the use of colour alone. Clever.
