Making a purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard and a wide range of other cards. The full range is shown when you click through to the payment process. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
If you do not wish to order over the internet you can phone us directly, or write to us. We can accept UK sterling cheques drawn on UK based banks. Cheques should be made out to 'Choices'.
Delivery Schedule: We attempt to send all orders within 24 hours. If there is going to be any delay we will email you to let you know what is happening.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will get it in for you as fast as we can. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security: All credit card details are encrypted when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our credit card service. They are not held in clear text on any web site and we have no access to them at any time.
Returns Policy: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods when you receive them, we will accept them back for a full refund of their cost. If you are returning the goods because they are faulty we will refund all your postage.
