Delivery Schedule: We attempt to send all orders within 3 working days. If there is going to be any delay we will email you to let you know what is happening.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will get it in for you as fast as we can. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security: Credit card details are only handled by our credit card service (SumUp). They are not held in clear text on any web site and we have no access to them at any time.
Returns Policy: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods when you receive them, we will accept them back for a full refund of their cost. If you are returning the goods because they are faulty we will refund all your postage.
