Shipping: We post all over the world. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. Postage is detailed at point of ordering. Overseas orders will be charged at point of ordering and varies according to where in the world you are.
Please be advised that all overseas customs and taxes due are the responsibility of the customer.
Many countries do not accept "sharp points" in their postal system. For these countries, we will omit any sewing needle(s) to eliminate potential products being returned to us by them.
Returns Policy: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods when you receive them, we will accept them back for a full refund of their cost. If you are returning the goods because they are faulty we will refund all your postage.
