This cute, chubby Santa head is cross stitched on 18ct aida.  The beard is worked with Burmilana, a fine wool from Madeira, that is fluffed up with a piece of toothy Velcro.  Backing material for the head and the red and green braid are all supplied.  All you need to add is a little padding. Illustrated instructions show how to assemble the finished project.
